Little Melbourne Stories is developing personalised children's books inspired by the people and places that make Melbourne feel like home. We're at the concept stage, gathering feedback before building the first book.
Start with a real story
We want a story worth reading again, not just a child's name dropped into a template. Our fictional Melbourne sample shows the feeling we're working toward.
Make room for their crew
The goal is to let a child's favourite people—and perhaps the family pet—belong in the adventure. Which options are possible will depend on the first finished book.
Bring it home
We hope to make a printed keepsake. Format, price, timing and delivery have not been decided, and we won't take orders until they are.
Interest, not a preorder.
Joining the list only needs an email address. Your suburb and story ideas are optional; we do not need a child's name or photo. Your responses help us understand which family combinations and Melbourne settings people care about.
